At TechAxivion, we strive to deliver high-quality digital marketing and technology services that meet our clients’ expectations.

This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines how we handle cancellations, refunds, and payment disputes in compliance with UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, and U.S. Federal Trade Commission (FTC) guidelines.

1. Scope of Policy

This policy applies to all purchases made through https://techaxivion.com or directly via our billing partners (Stripe, PayPal, or card payments).

It covers:

  • Digital marketing services
  • Web development and data analytics projects
  • Subscription or retainer plans
  • Consulting and business strategy services

2. General Refund Policy

2.1 Service-Based Work

Because most TechAxivion services are custom and digital in nature, refunds are only available under limited conditions.

Refunds may be issued if:

  • The project has not yet started, and cancellation occurs within 48 hours of payment.
  • A duplicate payment was made in error.
  • TechAxivion fails to deliver the agreed-upon scope of work, as stated in the signed proposal or contract.

Once work has commenced or assets have been delivered (such as strategy documents, creative materials, website access, or data reports), no refunds will be issued.

2.2 Subscription or Retainer Plans

For recurring or monthly subscriptions:

  • You may cancel your plan anytime with 7 days’ written notice before the next billing cycle.
  • Cancellations made after renewal are valid for the following billing period — no partial-month refunds are offered.

If you subscribed through Stripe or PayPal, please follow the cancellation process within your account dashboard to ensure your subscription stops automatically.

2.3 Marketing Campaigns

For advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.):

  • Refunds are not provided once ad budgets have been deployed or platforms have been configured.
  • Campaign management fees are non-refundable once services begin.

3. Project Cancellations

3.1 Before Project Start

You may cancel a project before work begins and receive a refund minus a 20% administrative processing fee.

3.2 After Project Start

Once work has started, refunds are provided at TechAxivion’s discretion and are calculated based on:

  • The percentage of work completed, and
  • Expenses already incurred (third-party tools, ad credits, hosting fees, etc.)

4. Exceptions (No Refunds)

Refunds are not applicable in the following cases:

  • Services already rendered or delivered.
  • Delays caused by client-side inaction (e.g., missing content, approvals, or access).
  • Change of mind after project initiation.
  • Third-party service issues (hosting providers, ad platforms, domain registrars).
  • Breach of Terms & Conditions or failure to verify identity/payment source.

5. Payment Disputes

If you believe a payment was made in error:

  • Contact our billing team at info@techaxivion.com within 7 days of the transaction.
  • Provide proof of payment (invoice, transaction ID, or bank statement).
  • We’ll investigate and respond within 5–10 business days.

Disputes opened directly with Stripe, PayPal, or your bank may delay resolution — we encourage you to contact us first for the fastest outcome.

6. Refund Method & Processing Time

  • Approved refunds are issued via the original payment method only (card, PayPal, or Stripe).
  • Processing time: 7–14 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • Any transaction or gateway fees may be non-refundable based on third-party policy.

7. ID Verification for Refunds

To prevent fraud and comply with financial regulations, TechAxivion may request identity verification before processing refunds.

This can include:

  • Proof of payment ownership
  • Government-issued photo ID
  • Business registration (for corporate clients)

Failure to verify identity may result in refund denial until verification is complete.

8. Cancellations by TechAxivion

TechAxivion reserves the right to cancel services or projects under circumstances including:

  • Client non-cooperation or breach of terms
  • Fraudulent or suspicious transactions
  • Non-payment or chargeback disputes

In such cases, a pro-rated refund may be provided (if applicable), based on work completed before cancellation.

9. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or service interruptions caused by factors beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, system outages, government restrictions). Refunds or extensions will be handled fairly on a case-by-case basis.
